Yagmur Olivia Erimsah

Yagmur Olivia Erimsah

Co-Founder & Fractional CMO / Brango Solutions

Fun fact: Before moving to Canada, I lived full-time in an RV.

Olivia Erimsah is a Fractional CMO and international growth partner who builds revenue systems where marketing, sales, and business development work in sync. She first studied Economics, which gave her a deep understanding of how markets, incentives, and systems actually work. She then built her career inside global corporates including BMW Group, Danone, Canon, and Michelin, working with highly technical products and teams across Europe, and saw first-hand that selling and marketing technology to people requires a completely different skill set than building it. Wanting to formalize that bridge, she moved to Canada and studied at Fanshawe College, choosing a hands-on IT education where learning happens through real-world projects, live clients, and practical application of marketing and sales fundamentals. Today, as the co-founder of Brango Solutions, a fractional CMO and growth consultancy for tech, healthcare, and industrial companies, Olivia helps tech-driven businesses translate complex solutions into clear stories, go-to-market strategies, and revenue systems that make sense to non-technical buyers. Her work sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and business development: the space where most companies struggle most, and where she does her best work.
